3rd Library InfoLit Race Challenge (Virtual)
With the advent of online and distance learning, libraries remain at the forefront of providing access to information. Online access to a wide variety of information poses threats and risks to novice online users. In this regard, librarians instruct patrons on how to critically evaluate the use and dissemination of such information. It is the main duty of librarians to transfer Information Literacy (IL) competencies to future professionals and scholars. The Third Library InfoLit Race Challenge continues its advocacy to develop the students' IL skills through problem-based learning. As NU goes virtually online this semester, the third IL race will be conducted online.
