  • "Open access is essential for equitable and inclusive data and knowledge" by Anna CohenMiller, PhD, Assistant Professor, Co-Founding Director Consortium of Gender Scholars (GenCon), Founder Motherscholar Project,  Editor in Chief "Dialogue: The Interdisciplinary Journal of Popular Culture and Pedagogy", Nazarbayev University, Graduate School of Education. In her presentation she raises question about how we can continue to open up knowledge for all, irrespective of background, professional affiliation, financial means?
  • "Open Access as a matter of fairness and responsibility" by Duishonkul Shamatov, Associate Professor, Nazarbayev University, Graduate School of Education. In his presentation, the professor will reveal not only the moral aspects but also the societal and economic benefits of OA and why it is necessary to support OA.
