Yoga Class with Aliya Azatova
The NU Library is delighted to invite you to a Yoga class with Aliya Azatova. You can join us online and on-site.
Aliya Azatova is a certified yoga instructor with 15 years of teaching experience. She is specialized in hatha yoga and Iyengar yoga. The class will have focus on full relaxation techniques as a friendly gathering at the end of Stress Relief week.
The class will have limited seats.
Please bring your yoga mats and wear comfortable clothes to enjoy your time.
