Every year since 2007, the National Campaign "One Country — One Book" takes place in Kazakhstan. 2023 is the year of the Kazakh writer and playwright Tolen Abdik. 

As part of the “One Country — One Book” Campaign, the Nazarbayev University Library will hold Tolen Abdik Week from September 25 to 29, 2023. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events, and join us in paying tribute to the author.

From April 10 to September 29, books by T. Abdik will be available for borrowing to all NU community members at a specially equipped book display in the Main Library, Block 5, 3rd floor. 

Enjoy reading books and become part of one of the largest literary events in Kazakhstan!
