Finding it hard to assess the news content? Does it make you feel happy, angry, or sad? Understand your emotions!
At the end of the session, the learners should be able to:
- Better understand their reactions to manipulative content designed to elicit a strong emotional response; and
- Learn strategies for managing their emotions whem looking at news and other content.
