This session introduces Zotero, a powerful, free citation management tool that helps researchers organize references, generate citations, and streamline the writing process.

At the end of the session, the learners are expected to: 

• Understand the importance of reference management tools for scholarly needs; 
• Be familiar with Zotero reference management software and its features; 
• Learn how to add and organize references with Zotero; 
• Insert citations from Zotero to your MS Word manuscripts; 
• Change citation styles in Zotero instantly; and
• Collaborate with others using Zotero for any research projects such as literature reviews, etc.
