This training session is for library staff only, focusing on the recent changes in the NU Repository. After the session, staff will be able to use the updated interface with confidence, get general knowledge to guide users through the submission steps, and find materials more easily.

The session will explain the main changes in the repository, including the new policy and procedures approved in May 2025 and the updated license agreement forms. Staff will also learn how to move around the different sections of the repository, practice assisting users with submissions, and understand how to search for deposited works so they can provide basic support on the frontline. In addition, the session will show where to find policies, FAQs, and support materials.
