Stress Relief Week at NU
As the semester enters its busiest period, we invite you to take a break, unwind, and recharge at Stress Relief Week, happening from April 21 to 24 across the NU campus.
This event is organized collaboratively by the NU Library, Psychological Counseling Services, and the NU Psychology Club, with support from the NU Student Fund.
Stress Relief Week brings together a variety of relaxing, creative, and wellness-focused activities designed to support your well-being, boost your mood, and help you prepare for the end of the semester.
Activities at the Main Library
Location: 3rd floor, Group Study Area (block 5)
Dates: April 21 - 24
Time: 1 PM - 5 PM
