How do I reserve a space?
- By using the rooms, you agree to follow the policy https://library.nu.edu.kz/spaces#!/tab/765056254-5
- To reserve the rooms, please choose the room you are interested in and select the available time interval, then fill out the registration form.
- Your booking will be completed when you receive an approving confirmation from the booking system.
- The rooms may be reserved up to one month in advance.
- Cancelations must be communicated in an email (library@nu.edu.kz) no fewer than 4 business days before the scheduled event.
- Department of Students Services (DSS) can submit reservation for students conferences and meetings.
